This Friday, October 30th at 7PM — join me for a hauntingly good Pilates session under the party lights 

We’ll move, sculpt, and sweat to a Halloween-themed playlist that’ll make your abs scream (in the best way) 😉

 Dress up, get spooky, and let’s make it a night full of tricks, treats, and toned cores!

Costumes highly encouraged — the more creative, the better! 

The class is being taught in English.
